Sports and Regenerative Medicine specialist Dr. Jorge A. Gonzalez MD, will be joining the team of SFISM at the Pembroke Pines location, located in 17842 NW 2nd Street, Pembroke Pines Florida, 33029.

Dr. Gonzalez will join the rosters of top-notch doctors in the group starting in October 2020. With the addition of Dr. G to the practice, the South Florida Institute of Sports Medicine will now have a complete and more comprehensive orthopedic and sports medicine line up. This will serve the community of South Florida with premier care in all aspects of orthopedic and sports medicine. 

Dr. Jorge A. Gonzalez will continue to see patients of all ages, taking care of any acute or chronic joint, ligaments, tendon, or bone problem a patient might experience. With a special interest in regenerative medicine, utilizing the newest techniques of stem cells, PRP, and orthobiologics procedures to help patients help faster. 

Furthermore, using the most advance technology of high-resolution ultrasound machines, Dr. Gonzalez will now bring to West Broward and South Miami, the most up to date ultrasound-guided procedures like carpal tunnel release, trigger finger release, tenotomies among others.
